Consultant Roster Registration
Washington State University periodically requires consultant services less than $300,000.00 for planning, design, special studies, inspections, and construction related services. The Department of Facilities Services maintains a Consultant Roster for these services as allowed by RCW 39.80. Once registered, Consultants will be selected from the Consultant Roster on the basis of specific project requirements and in conformance with the Department of Facilities Services policy.
Firms are encouraged to use the Registration Form below to submit the Application with an accompanying Statement of Qualifications to be included on the Consultant Roster. You are welcome to submit at any time.
Successfully completed applications will be maintained on the roster for four years without requiring an update. If, after four years an update has not occurred the firm will be removed from the roster. This process does not prohibit anyone from from reapplying at any time during or after the four year period.
