Facilities Services maintains a Small Works Roster of contractors per the requirements of WAC 504-50-080. Whenever the estimated cost of any construction, building, renovation, remodeling, alteration, repair, or improvement of real property does not exceed three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000), excluding tax, the Department of Facilities Service at Washington State University, is authorized to use the Small Works Roster in lieu of public advertisement for bids.

The bidding documents attached below are available for all interested bidders and plancenters. The University does not provide printing services; it is the bidders responsibility to print the drawings to the appropriate scale indicated. We encourage the use of professional printing shops.

Bid – Wilke Pole Building

Project Scope:

The Wilke Pole Barn project includes the development of a 16-foot by 100-ft (16,000 square feet) addition to the existing pole barn. Work also includes the installation of several man doors, a roll up door and concrete flat work. Contract Time shall be 90 Days from Notice to Proceed to Substantial Completion. Proposals MUST BE based on this Contract Time.

Bid – Rogers and Orton Halls Exterior Repairs

Sealed bids were requested by the Board of Regents of Washington State University, for the above referenced project.

Project Scope:

Rogers and Orton Halls are 12 story student dorms on the Pullman campus of Washington State University. The condition of the exterior columns are showing signs of water damage and subsequent deterioration at floor levels 4, 7, 11 and at splice joints on the columns at the West and East side of both halls. Although the damage progression appears to be fairly slow, we want to repair these areas to prevent further deterioration and extend the useful life of the structures. Substantial must be achieved by August 5th, 2024. Onsite construction may not occur before
May 13th, 2024. Proposals MUST BE based on this Contract Time.

Bid – Fine Arts Parking Garage Surface Repair

Safe off elevator machine room. Coordinate with Eltec (Elevator Mechanic). Substantial Completion must be achieved by August 5th, 2024. Proposals MUST BE based

Bid – Stadium Way Roadways: Repave Stadium Way, Wilson Road to Cougar Way

Sealed bids were requested by the Board of Regents of Washington State University, for the above referenced project.

Project Scope:

This project will grind existing asphalt and overlay new asphalt on Stadium Way on the Pullman Campus of Washington State University per the drawings and specifications. Sections of road starts at the north end of the Vogel Building and continues to the NE North Fairway Dr intersection, approximately 840 linear feet of roadway. Contract Time: Substantial completion shall be achieved by August 1, 2024 after spring classes have ended. Proposals must be based on this contract time.

Alternate 1 – Grind/Pave North Fairway to Cougar Way.

Alternate 4 – Replace existing concrete ADA ramps as indicated on the drawings and update crossing equipment at the Stadium Way and Ferdinand’s Ln. intersection and in front of the WSU Stadium Ticket Office.
Alternate 5 – Replace existing concrete ADA ramps as indicated on the drawings and update crossing equipment at Stadium Way and NE Fairway Rd.
Alternate 6 – Regrade and realign the Flag Lane and Stadium Way intersection, and the Flag Lane and Cougar Way intersection as per JUB drawings C3.00 and C3.01 and related specifications. Work includes modifications to adjacent concrete sidewalks, including ADA ramps, concrete curb, and stamped asphalt road pavement. Two traffic light fixtures will be relocated.

Bid – Stadium Way Crosswalk Improvements

Project Scope:

Install two new crosswalks and signage on Stadium Way near the intersection with College Avenue and near Gannon Hall on the Pullman Campus of Washington State University. Work includes new ADA ramps with tunnel lid modifications, new solar-powered flashing lights and MUTCD signs, and crosswalk striping. At existing
crossings, signage and street markings will be removed, two ADA ramps will be filled in and a stair will be removed. Substantial Completion shall be achieved by August 1, 2024. Proposals MUST BE based on this Contract Time.
