Bid – Fine Arts Parking Garage Surface Repair

Sealed bids were requested by the Board of Regents of Washington State University, for the above referenced project.

Project Scope:

The Washington State University Pullman Campus will be repairing the Fine Arts Parking Garage surface on levels 1, 2 and 3. Specific tasks will include: concrete spall and delamination repair on level 1 slab on grade and outside entrance and exit lanes; concrete spall and delamination repair on level 2 and level 3 elevated parking deck slabs and helical ramps; drain slope improvements on levels 2 and 3; cold joint and random crack sealing on all levels; levels 2 and 3 outside concrete sunshade concrete repair; application of MMA protective polymer overlay on elevated helical ramp drive lanes; application of elastomeric traffic deck coating system on level 2 and 3 parking stall lanes; application of an organofunctional silane corrosion inhibitor to surface treatment over footing strap tie areas on level 1; new pavement markings and parking stall striping on level 2 and 3. Safe off elevator machine room. Coordinate with Eltec (Elevator Mechanic). Substantial Completion must be achieved by August 5th, 2024. Proposals MUST BE based
upon this Contract Time.
