The following is a list of our anticipated Design-Build procurements for the 23-25 Biennium. All dates are subject to change without notice.

Clean Building Standard Energy Efficiency Improvements | Implementation of energy efficiency measures in the systems largest facilities to comply with the WA Clean Buildings Performance Standard. | May 2023 | $3.75 |

Statements of Qualifications Submittals will be received by Washington State University, Facilities Services, from firms interested in providing Progressive Design-Build services for a new Schweitzer Engineering Hall on the Pullman campus of Washington State University. Firms need to be aware that at this time only the Designer-Builder team will be picked, all other subcontracted firms will be selected after award.
