Contractors, Consultants, Subcontractors, and other members of the construction community are encouraged to look here for postings relating to Alternative Public Works at WSU.

Under the authority of RCW 39.04 and the CPARB Project Review Committee, WSU may procure Design-Build, GCCM and Job Order Contracts.

WSU is active in developing Design-Build in Washington State and we encourage you to take a look at our Design-Build Forum page for updates and information about our annual event WSU Design-Build Forum.

Print services are not provided by WSU.

It is the bidder’s responsibility to print to the appropriate scale.

We encourage the use of professional printing shops.

Design-Build RFQ – Creamery Revitalization June 11, 2026 maja_huff

Statements of Qualifications Submittals will be received by Washington State University, Facilities Services, from firms interested in providing Progressive Design-Build services to revitalize the creamery in the Food Quality Building on the Pullman campus of Washington State University. Teams responding should be limited to the builder and the prime designer.
