Bid – Repair/Replace Sidewalk/Pathway Along Orchard Dr.

Sealed bids were requested by the Board of Regents of Washington State University, for the above referenced project.

This contract provides for the construction of a shared-use pathway from Fairway Lane to Valley Road along Orchard Drive including select new ADA pedestrian ramps and other work all in accordance with the Contract plans, Contract Provisions, and the 2024 WSDOT Standard Specifications. Landscaping and Irrigation Improvements are covered under Bid Alternate #1 and Walkway Lighting Improvements are included as Bid Alternate #2.

The entire project will be complete in **65 Working Days for base bid, additional days will be added if Bid Alternate #2 is awarded to account for lead time of lighting fixtures and poles, based on current market waits for equipment.**
