Bid – Columbia Village Apartments Sidewalk Replacement Project

Sealed bids were requested by the Board of Regents of Washington State University, for the above referenced project.

Project Scope:

This project will upgrade the sidewalks, stairs, handrails, plaza area and drainage
throughout the Columbia Apartment Complex on the Pullman Campus. Contract
time shall be 90 days from Notice to Proceed to substantial completion.

Bid Estimate: $450,000 – $500,000

Alternate No. 1 – Provide New 6’ Concrete Sidewalk Along SE Forest Way.
