Design Review Process

  1. The initial request is submitted to the Design Review Committee. This need to happen before the upcoming meeting and using the approved form. The request For identifies if the project is a revision to an existing design or if it is a new design. A description is included with drawings and photos.
  2. Design Review Committee meets with the requestor. The requestor explains the request.
  3. After the review one of the following will occur:
    • The request needs revisions and resubmital
    • The request is not recommended for approval and the request is done being processed.
    • The request is recommended for approval by the AVP of facilities services.
      • The AVP must sign off and approve the request before any further action is taken.
