UNIVERSITY STORES HOURS OF OPERATION:
Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through the University Stores Online Ordering Catalog.
- For emergency orders or in-person pick-up, please call 335-3782.
The University Stores Dairy Road location is closed to in-person shopping.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
Orders can be placed through our online ordering system. To purchase items you must also input a University Stores requisition number associated with a Workday worktag.
University Stores will assign an account number based on an active Workday worktag. This initial setup must be done by an individual with signature authority on the worktag. For all account questions contact us at e-mail fs.accounting@wsu.edu.

University Stores has significantly reduced in-stock inventory items to primarily chemicals, gases, alcohol, liquid nitrogen, dry ice, bio-hazard boxes, and copier paper. If items are no longer in our on-line catalog, you may now acquire them directly from vendors on State contracts. Contact information to set up an account:

We only provide special orders service for gases and gas related items like regulators, fittings, carts, and supports. Please work directly with the vendor for special orders in all other instances.

The chemical stores building is no longer available for in-person customer service. All chemical stores purchases must be made using the online ordering system and will be delivered directly. In-person pick up at the U-Stores warehouse building on Dairy Road may be arranged by calling 509-335-3782.
Alcohol can be purchased on-line by the appropriate funding authority. University Stores will deliver alcohol purchases directly to your building.
All stock orders placed on-line will usually be delivered the next day (during the work week). If you have an emergency need for liquid nitrogen or dry ice, once the order is placed, call 509-335-3782 to make an appointment for in-person pick-up. Gases and chemicals are typically delivered on Tuesdays and Thursdays only.
