Nomination Form
Thank you very much for participating in the Building Coordinator program. We have created this web page to simplify the process of nominating individuals to be building coordinators for the facilities under your control.
The process of nominating a Building coordinator is outlined in the steps below. The first step is to select your Area or Department. Once you do that, step 2 will provide you a list of buildings that your Area or Department has space in. For those buildings that your “Usage %” exceeds 50%, then you will need to nominate a primary and alternate Building Coordinator. For those buildings that you are in, but the percentage is less than 50%, you may still be the largest occupier of space in the building. In those instances, please nominate a primary Building Coordinator. Once all the nominations come in, our staff will sort out the responsibilities and inform the Areas or Departments the final outcome. It may be in some instances where separate Areas share the responsibility for a building, one will be the primary while the other will supply the alternate.
For Step 2, you will need to select each building separately and complete Step 3 which is where you will input the Employee Name for the Primary and Alternate. Select the “Submit Your Nomination” button at the bottom. This will log the nomination for that building and then you can go to the next building on the list until you have submitted nominations for every building under your control. The “Status” column on the right side of the building list will indicate if you are “Complete” or you haven’t submitted a nomination yet for that building, “Needed”.
Once all of your buildings indicate “Complete”, then you are done. The nominations will be processed by our staff and the nominees will be signed up for future training classes. Our staff will also notify you that we have received and processed your nominations, and reconcile any of those buildings where the percentage was less than 50%. In some cases, if the percentage is too low, your nomination may not be selected because we only need one primary and one alternate. A final consolidated list of all Building Coordinators will be posted on this web site once the process is complete.
