745 Institutional Vehicle Storage Service

Definition: A space that directly serves a institutional vehicle storage facility as an extension of the activities in that facility.

Description: Includes any areas or rooms directly serving an institutional vehicle storage facility, such as storage rooms and areas used for maintenance and repair of automotive equipment, boats, airplanes, and other vehicles as defined in Vehicle Storage (740).

Limitations: Does not include shops as defined in Shop (720) (e.g., carpenter, plumbing, electrical, painting, etc.). Offices within a Vehicle Storage facility should be classified as Office (310).
