DB RFQ – Eastlick Teaching Labs Renovation

Washington State University, Facilities Services, will be issuing a Progressive Design-Build RFQ in mid August 2021 for the purposes of identifying Design/Build teams for the Eastlick Teaching Labs Renovation. The rough project scope is to renovate teaching labs into modern, safe, collaborative, technologically advanced learning spaces.  The estimated total budget for design and construction is approximately $2 million.
