Bid – Vancouver Science & Engineering Building Elevator Modernization

Bids are being requested by the Board of Regents of Washington State University, for the above referenced project.

Project Scope: The modernization and upgrade of one hydraulic elevator located at WSUV Science & Engineering Building. The selected contractor will be responsible for a design build type project incorporating the performance characteristics specified in the contract documents.   The contractor is required to coordinate all work with Facilities Services and the other trades that may be performing related work in, or around the elevator hoistway. Proposals must include all necessary labor, tools, transportation, services, supervision, materials, and equipment required to modernize one hydraulic elevator and make alterations and additions to the building life safety and electrical systems as needed to comply with all applicable codes. Substantial Completion must be achieved no later than May 15th, 2023. Proposals MUST BE based on this Contract Time. Project is located at 14204 NE Salmon Creek Avenue, Vancouver, WA 98686

Bid Estimate:  $350,000 – $450,000
