Bid – Tri-Cities CIC Building New Gender Inclusive Restrooms

Sealed bids are being requested by the Board of Regents of Washington State University, for the above referenced project.

Project Scope: This project is to construct a new gender inclusive restroom on the 2nd floor of the Consolidated Information Center Building. This new 126 square foot space will include two new ADA water closet stalls along with a room containing 2 lavatory sinks. The HVAC system will be adjusted to provide dedicated supply and exhaust for these new rooms. All plumbing will be connected to existing plumbing lines in a nearby restroom plumbing chase. Fire sprinkler system will be altered to add additional heads to two new rooms. Electrical system will be adjusted to provide new lighting and extend circuit to new faucets. Contract Time shall be 90 Days from Notice to Proceed to Substantial Completion. Proposals MUST BE based on this Contract Time.
