Re-Bid – Prosser Hamilton Lab Bldg Roof Replacement

Sealed bids were requested by the Board of Regents of Washington State University, for the above referenced project.

Project Scope: Remove approximately 25,000 square feet of existing roof material and insulation. Construct new parapets around perimeter to allow for new insulation installation of R-38 minimum, and re-slope to existing drains. Install new EPDM roofing membrane. Substantial Completion shall be 90 Days from Notice to Proceed. Proposals must be based on this contract time.

Bid Estimate: $575,000.00 to $610,000.00

Deductive Alternate 1: Substitute TPO membrane system in place of EPDM membrane system.
