Bid – WSU Golf Team Clubhouse Upgrade Exterior & Addition

Sealed bids were requested by the Board of Regents of Washington State University, for the above referenced project.

Project Scope: Expand existing indoor golf practice facility with a 375 sq ft addition to face of
building. Addition to include storage area, vestibule, and restroom. Refer to the
attached project drawings and specifications. Contract Time shall be 180 days from
Notice to Proceed. Proposals MUST BE based on this contract time.

Project Physical address: 1100 NE Fairway Rd, Pullman, WA 99164.

Bid Estimate: $320,000-$340,000
