Design-Build RFQ – Pullman Campus District Energy Renewal

Statements of Qualifications Submittals will be received by Washington State University, Facilities Services, from firms interested in providing Progressive Design-Build services for renewal of the Grimes Way and College Avenue steam plants, two chilled water plants, and medium voltage distribution across the Pullman campus of Washington State University. Teams responding should be limited to the builder and the prime designer. GMP is $5.75M.
