Statements of Qualifications Submittals will be received by Washington State University, Facilities Services, from firms interested in providing Progressive Design-Build services for a foundation and greenhouse kit installation on the Mt. Vernon Northwest Research and Extension Center of Washington State University. Teams responding should be limited to the builder and the prime designer. GMP is $695K.
