Facilities Services Facility Unit (Room) Use Codes


Office facilities are individual, multiperson, or workstation spaces specifically assigned to academic, administrative, and service functions of a college or university. While some institutions may wish to classify all office space as Office (310), others may wish to differentiate by applying additional codes to academic faculty (311), university administration (312), graduate assistants (313), clerical/reception (314), staff (317), or non-academic student offices (318).
